We need a talented Strategy & Planning professional who is ready to help us deliver on our commitments today, plan our strategy for the future and leave their fingerprints on the organization for years to comeRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Paid Digital Marketing for EMEA (M / F) to join our Team.As the Senior Manager of Paid Digital Marketing for EMEA you will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing paid media campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation and pipeline growth.You will collaborate with product marketing and operating unit field marketers and sales leaders to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and deliver measurable ROI.As an integral part of the Global Marketing Center of Excellence (COE) spearheading innovative paid media strategies that drive demand generation and maximize sales revenue for Otis diverse range of products and services across EMEA. Your expertise will span all paid media channels including search, social, video and programmatic / display ensuring a cohesive and cutting-edge approach. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Global Digital Marketing this position offers the flexibility of remote work with the requirement of being based in Europe.In this strategic role you will leverage advanced data analytics to optimize campaign performance and deliver data-driven insights that inform decision-making. Your ability to integrate marketing efforts across channels will create a seamless brand experience resonating with target audiences and fostering engagement while filling the sales funnel for the EMEA Operating Unit.Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams you will mentor and lead junior marketers fostering a culture of creativity and adaptability within a fast-paced environment. Your adeptness at managing budgets will ensure the highest ROI.
