With technology, we turn spontaneous thoughts into meaningful experiences, helping people travel the world.  We are looking for a Junior SEO Manager (German speaking) to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller's journey for millions of holidaymakers. The candidate will work within the Customer Acquisition Department and will have a focus on the German market. Job Description The job in brief: Job Title -  Junior SEO Manager (German language) - full remote workingWorking model -  full-remote from Europe (Spain, Germany, UK, Poland)Team -  you will join the SEO team within the Marketing departmentLevel - ProfessionalContract -  Fix term contract & Full-time (EUR 36 h/week) What your impact will be: You will analyse the data we have for the German speaking markets to inform decisions and identify on page optimisation opportunities to help improve performance.  You will focus on the German speaking markets, but there is potential to work on other markets as well as on broader, market agnostic projects. Your main responsibility will be ensuring the growth of our sites within the German speaking market, working with others in the SEO team as well as other teams across the business (content, data, product) Qualifications Essential Fluent in English and German as the role focuses on the brand as well as supporting on Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting with at least a small previous experience in the SEO role Proactive and motivated to grow within the team Availability ideally for 6-12 months Experience with using Excel or Sheets to interrogate data Desirable  Experience in using SEO / Marketing tools such as Keyword Research tools, Google Analytics and Google Search Console A degree or any related training courses in Digital Marketing Additional Information Perks of working with usHow we work together: An inclusive, friendly, and international environment (you'll be working with colleagues from +10 countries and over 48 nationalities) Shorter working week (36h as full time), with a half working day on Fridays Flexible start and end of the working day Possibility to work from anywhere for a period of time per year defined according to local regulations How we learn together: Fri-Yays: half a day on Friday morning with a no-meeting mandate and dedicated to deep work, personal growth, learning and training and/or focus time.
