The CRM Intern will support the CRM team in the implementation and execution of email marketing campaigns to increase engagement and retention of subscribers, ultimately driving online sales. This role reports to the CRM Specialist and collaborates closely with Marketing and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and with high quality across multiple European languages. Campaign Briefing & Planning Copywriting & Content Coordination Write engaging, brand-aligned email copy. Work with designers to ensure cohesive visual and textual content. Review creative proposals to ensure alignment with campaign goals and brand guidelines. Partner with market representatives to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance. Testing & Quality Assurance Perform thorough email testing to ensure: Content accuracy is validated Monitor execution and troubleshoot issues that arise during deployment. Performance Monitoring ~ engagement, clicks, conversions) and share learnings with the CRM team. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. ~1+ year of experience in CRM campaign management and/or email marketing (valued). ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). ~ Fluent English (C1); Experience with design tools such as Photoshop or Figma (valued). ~ Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality. ~
