Your mission Lead the overall design of the satellite system, ensuring subsystem coherence with mission requirements. Define technical requirements, program roadmap, and key decision points. Coordinate the integration, testing, and verification of all subsystems. Manage technical risks and propose mitigations. Supervise and coordinate the multidisciplinary team responsible for design, procurement, assembly, testing, and operations. Act as the technical reference point for the team and liaison with management. Your profile Aerospace, Industrial, or related Engineering. More than 7 years of experience in space systems engineering, with participation in flight projects. Specific Knowledge Integration, verification, and validation of space systems. Requirements definition and risk management. Space standards and quality assurance. Coordination of multidisciplinary teams. Interpersonal Skills Technical leadership and holistic vision. Planning and task prioritization. Clear communication in technical and executive environments. Autonomy, proactivity, and results orientation. Why us?
