By joining us now, you’ll be part of a pioneering team shaping the future of robotics—working alongside world‑class experts in a fast‑moving, innovation‑driven environment.This Position Reports ToGlobal Head of Marketing & Demand GenerationMarketing Automation Technology SpecialistIn this role, you’ll help drive the development of marketing automation on ABB Robotics, as well as create and manage marketing automation campaigns for our global and local teams. This role is both strategic and tactical. It includes designing, testing, quality assurance, execution, maintenance and reporting for marketing automation programs. We use Pardot/Salesforce, but if you know Marketo or another platform, that’s fine.The work model is hybrid. This is a global flexible role.Key ResponsibilitiesPlay a pivotal role in the Global Marketing Automation team to shape and deliver the Global Marketing Automation StrategyDesign, build, and execute automated marketing campaigns and workflows for lead nurturing, email marketing, and other promotional activitiesMonitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and assets managed in Pardot and related digital applications with focus on data quality and system performancePerform A/B Tests on elements in marketing mix including email templates, landing pages, forms, etc.Lead by influence to drive excellence and organizational maturityTroubleshoot marketing automation and CRM issuesWork with central and country marketing teams to ensure quality and compliance, database cleanliness, effectiveness in campaigns and conversion ratesSupport the correct use of related platforms by documenting processes, creating templates, providing regular live training, and educating marketing and sales users via the development of training materials and best practices for lead generation and campaign managementCreate email templates, forms, landing pages, reporting, dashboards, etc. to be used by central and local marketing teamsSupport and develop the marketing and sales teams’ awareness and capabilities in Salesforce and marketing automation best practiceQualificationsMinimum of 8 years of experience in marketing or related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience with Pardot / Marketo / HubSpot or other marketing automation system and Salesforce or any other sales force automationExperience implementing and monitoring automation campaignsAble to work independently and as part of a teamUnderstanding of various funnel acceleration systemsFluent in EnglishOutstanding communication, project management skills, attention to detail and the proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallelBonus If You HaveHTML and CSS knowledgeOther digital marketing experience / knowledgeGraphic design or content development experienceExperience in documentation / trainingWe value people from different backgrounds.
