Responsabilidades
  • Serás el responsable de coordinar y garantizar activamente la correcta apertura de nuestros nuevos centros: diseño corporativo, disponibilidad de los equipos materiales necesarios, así como garantizar la operativa y la logística al momento de la apertura.
  • Gestión y coordinación de proveedores, con el fin de garantizar la apertura en plazo y presupuesto.
  • Interlocución con las autoridades locales, así como el planteamiento de consultas y actuaciones para garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa local, en cada una de nuestras aperturas.
  • Gestión de la obtención de licencias y permisos de apertura, obra, etc.
  • Apoyo en el análisis de la viabilidad financiera de cada una de las aperturas.
  • Gestión de facturación, contacto con proveedores, solicitud de POs a través de Oracle, y demás tareas administrativas asociadas al puesto.
Requisitos
  • Experiencia de al menos un 2 años en un puesto similar.
  • Valorable experiencia en el sector del Real Estate.
  • Buscamos una persona con excelentes habilidades analíticas, autónoma y organizada.
  • Alta capacidad en la resolución de problemas y rápido en la toma de decisiones.
  • Imprescindible nivel de Inglés mínimo B2 (se hará prueba de nivel oral y escrita) y manejo de Excel.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de España.
