The Role Infosys Consulting is looking for SAP Senior Manager / Manager consultants who aspire to long‑term growth and career‑enhancing opportunities leveraging SAP to solve our customers’ most challenging issues. The ideal candidate will have at least 7+ years of SAP project experience from the prepare phase through deploy and run phases. They should have a strong business and SAP background and be experienced in interfacing with client executives, business and IT client members in consultative engagements. We seek professionals in one or more of the following process areas: Finance (Record to Report / Controlling) Order to Cash Manufacturing (PP / Planning) Master Data Governance (MDG) Procurement (MM) Logistics Execution (EWM) In this position you will anchor proposal preparation and engagement delivery efforts, lead the functional and technical solution for SAP S4HANA transformation programs, guide teams on project processes and deliverables, and collaborate with senior clients to build confidence and lead due diligence and issue resolution. You will also contribute to branding, thought leadership, knowledge management and capability‑building within Infosys Consulting to deliver high‑quality, value‑adding solutions for our clients. Responsibilities Project Execution Collaborate with clients to define long‑term vision, goals and strategies Contribute to the design and development of client future processes and organizations with corresponding transformation roadmaps Conduct requirements workshops with a team of global IT professionals & subject matter experts, translating those requirements into actionable initiatives with associated metrics Perform knowledge
