If you’re ready to create excellence with us, you’ll be appreciated and rewarded.What You Will DoWrite and manage the software development plan in line with HORSE standards and ECU supplier requirements.Define software content and configuration according to functional expectations and project needs.Coordinate interactions between HORSE strategies and ECU supplier basic software.Ensure coherence between software roadmap and ECU performance metrics (CPU load, memory usage).Manage software validation activities, including HIL environment development and validation plans.Monitor progress and provide milestone reports to SPL.Identify and resolve technical issues during development, ensuring quality and compliance.Deliver efficient reporting through software dashboards and status updates.What We’re Looking ForA proven track record in software development for embedded systems and project coordination.Engineering degree (preferably Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering).Excellent skills in software validation and technical analysis.Strong competencies in problem-solving and communication, with a collaborative approach.Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; French will be highly valued.Equal opportunities employerAt Horse Technologies, we are committed to equal opportunities and select individuals based on their skills and qualifications.
