Description Position at VIPRE Security GroupThe OpportunityThis is a creative position and we’re looking for someone with great energy, vision, and talent. This position works closely with the content development teams both in the US and Mexico to ensure on-time and quality training products.Key ResponsibilitiesCombining text, voiceover, video, and graphics into eLearning courses.Setup interactivities and course structure using our proprietary courseware engine and eLearning authoring tools.Collaborating with the Design Team on visual standards and strategy in relation to how the course is assembled and presented.Applying templatized code in HTML5 and XML based courses.Assisting the QA team and engaging in QA testing as needed.Job QualificationsOutstanding portfolio of course development work.Strong conceptual and design skills.Experience working with 2D graphics software, including proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.Competent with Google Workspace.Minimum 1-2 years of experience working as a Content Developer, Course Developer, Course Designer, eLearning Producer, or eLearning Developer in a related field. Preference given to those with eLearning experience.College degree preferred in a related field.Strong proactive communication skills.Excellent grammar and written communications skills.Must be self-directed.Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to get the job done right.Familiarity with HTML5, XML, and CSS.Preferred, but not required:Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools. Examples: Adobe Captivate, Storyline, Lectora (ELB), or Flow (Dominknow).Familiarity with JavaScript.Familiarity with Bootstrap.Familiarity with Responsive design development.Familiarity with Accessibility web design (WCAG 2.0).Familiarity with Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Audition.Experience with illustrating content.Familiarity with JIRA, Slack, Zoom.Familiarity with svg edition, lottie files.CompetencyStrong grammatical, prioritization, and communication skillsFluent in English.Strong attention to detail.Ability to self-manage multiple projects in different stages of production while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high-quality standard.Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to build the most visually compelling course experience.Ability to work successfully with a global, virtual teamDemonstrated ability to be a creative, self-reliant, self-organizing problem solver while working in a team environment.Demonstrated ability to analyze and share current courseware trends to enhance our eLearning course library.Ability to work well under deadline pressures.About Inspired eLearning| VIPRE Security GroupInspired eLearning, a part of the VIPRE Security Group and a Ziff Davis company, is a leading provider of powerful eLearning solutions focused on Workforce Protection and Development. Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay may include your specific job related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The salary compensation for this role is 23,333 MXN - 26,666 MXN.
