We stay at the forefront of retailing and consistently provide outstanding customer service, culminating in winning the Cruise Retailer of the Year award for 2022, 2023 and 2025.What You Will Be DoingLiving and working on a cruise ship (you could be anywhere in the world)Promotes a variety of Chanel skincare, makeup and fragrance products to guestsPerforms full makeovers while encouraging guests to try Chanel, purchase the products and use techniques showed in the demonstrationProvides advice to guests relating to Chanel product range; according to their needs in terms of skin type, needs and preferencesMeets and exceeds Chanel monthly sales target objectives consistently through expert and proven consultative selling skillsUnderstands promotional planner and event schedule to drive Chanel product sales and guest trafficDevelops relationships with Chanel team and cruise partner staff to execute events and drive guest traffic to store and Chanel via eventsAssists with Chanel stock control and inventory management, including stocking shelves with merchandise, receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock, with an emphasis on asset protectionEnsures that presentation of Chanel products is visually appealing and merchandised in a manner that maximizes sales, following brands guidelinesCreating an exceptional and memorable retail experience for guests on boardMaximising sales by promoting a quality range of beauty and fragrance products through in-store events, live makeovers and seminarsDeveloping detailed and extensive knowledge of all products as well as the brand cultureExceeding sales targets and participating in promotional events such as seminars and presentationsWho You AreStrong retail background and knowledge of premium beauty products and fragrances (ideally Chanel or similar products)Excellent face to face customer service and sales ability, utilising strong communication and interpersonal skillsMotivated and driven to achieve sales targetsProven ability in public speaking and showcasing luxury itemsAdaptable to change and able to work in a high‑pressure environmentA strong team player who is goal orientatedWhat You Will ReceiveCompetitive salary and target‑based commission structureAccommodation and meals on boardNecessary visas and seafaring documents to work at seaDedicated in‑house bespoke training across sales, product and brandContract role, working and living at sea for up to 6 months at a time, with a 1‑2 month break at home between contractsDoes this sound like you?
