HR Admin Support (9 month-Temp)Madrid, SpainAs part of the HR team your main mission is to support locally with various operational tasks, partnering with HR Community at local and regional level.What you’ll be DOINGWhat will your essential responsibilities include?Requesting necessary documentation and processing employee onboarding procedures.Follow established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data.Monitoring social benefits, as well as registering and communicating registrations, cancellations, modifications every month.Time & Absence management: Download the monthly attendance report and manage employee absence documentation, including updating internal records, following myHR instructions, and handling any necessary follow-up actions.Generate and execute all reports or queries and provide summaries of data for use in analysis or decision making.Support for the preparation of presentations, announcements, internal documents/manuals, translations, and other related tasks as requiredProvide support, guidance and expertise to resolve queries from employees and other stakeholders.You will report to Head of HR Iberia.What you will BRINGWe’re looking for someone who has these qualifications and skills:Some years of experience in HR administrationKnowledge of any HR tool will be recommended ex: Oracle, SAPProficiency level of ExcelGood command of PPTTime management skillsTeam workingNative/fluent Spanish with a good knowledge of English, written and spokenWho WE areAXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, is known for solving complex risks.
