The successful candidate will deliver engaging and rigorous History lessons aligned with the English National Curriculum.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPlan and deliver high‑quality History lessons across the secondary age rangeAssess, monitor and report on student progress effectivelyDifferentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learnersMaintain high standards of behaviour and classroom managementContribute to curriculum planning within the Humanities teamSupport students’ academic and personal developmentParticipate in meetings, parents’ evenings and school eventsTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVEQualified Teacher Status or equivalent recognised teaching qualificationExperience teaching History at secondary levelStrong subject knowledge and familiarity with the English National CurriculumExcellent classroom management and communication skillsA collaborative and professional approach to teachingAvailability to take up a temporary role from AprilSAFEGUARDING STATEMENTInspired Education Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and other third parties to share this commitment.
