We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager with strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of search engine optimization. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of proven experience in SEO. Our platform offers four key values to users: Agency Rankings: Brands can view qualified agencies based on their expertise, location, clients, and various other factors. Awards: Agencies and brands can enter their finest work and compete for the best web logo, app, print, packaging, and video design awards. Marketplace: Businesses can post their projects at no cost and receive proposals from verified agencies. Trending Brands: Agencies and brands can feature their expertise and achievements via news, interviews, and trends articles to get noticed and recognized as an industry leader. We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager with strong project management skills to lead the growth and optimization of our SEO initiatives, coordinating with the team to drive revenue, engagement, and brand awareness. Goals: Achieve best-in-class website optimization to maximize visibility and search engine rankings Continuously improving SEO-related processes for greater efficiency and scalability Establish the company as a category leader in terms of organic traffic and SEO-driven value Develop and execute a best-in-class content strategy that drives sustainable growth and authority. Responsibilities: Create effective, professional-looking SEO strategies to win new business Document and enforce best practices, processes, and checklists Create, set up, track, and optimize SEO campaigns Create and present weekly and monthly reports on team performance with KPIs Improve SEO processes and workflow automation using AI tools and agents Requirements: Over seven years of SEO experience, including a proven track record of managing large and complex websites.
