If you are an engineer with an interest in quality management and IT, InterApp Valcom invites you to join our team and actively participate in the global implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ERP, ensuring that quality processes are correctly integrated into the system.About InterApp ValcomInterApp Valcom, an industrial company within the multinational AVK Group, develops, manufactures, and distributes valves and valve systems worldwide.Our product range includes butterfly valves with PTFE lining or elastomer rings, ball valves, check valves, actuators, accessories, and other complementary products.Headquartered in Denmark, the AVK Group operate over 100 companies globally and have a team of more than 4,800 employees, where employee care is a top priority.Your missionWorking directly with the Quality Manager and the Solution Architehts of AVK Holding, you will be responsible for standardizing and digitalizing quality processes across multiple industrial production plants within the AVK Group, with a strong focus on acting as an ERP super-user for quality functionalities.Your role will ensure that quality processes are properly integrated into the ERP and related applications, supporting traceability, regulatory compliance, and effective use of digital tools in the short, medium, and long term.Key Responsibilities ️Define and document quality requirements and processes across plants.Act as ERP super-user for quality modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O:- Provide system configuration support and guidance.- Test and validate functionalities.- Deliver training and user support across different plants.Develop End User Procedures (EUPs) and guides to support ERP users in quality processes.Collaborate with production, supply chain, and IT teams to ensure proper integration of quality processes into the ERP.Act as a point of contact for Operating Companies on ERP Quality related issues.Contribute to data traceability and reporting for audits and decision-making.What We OfferA key role in one of the AVK‘S top-priority global projects.Job stability: we are looking for someone to actively participate in all company transformation processes.Competitive compensation package.Flexible working hours: choose your start time between 08:00 and 09:30.Remote work: up to 65 days per year after completing your training period.Range of benefits, including free fruit in the office, a Christmas gift basket, employee activities, free electric car charging, and more.Candidate ProfileUniversity degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Automation Engineering, or related fields.At least four years of experience in industrial environments, preferably in production of industrial goods and equipment.Experience in quality management in these environments is a plus, or experience with ERP implementation/improvement in quality processes.Practical experience as an ERP super-user (preferably Dynamics 365 F&O; SAP, Oracle, or similar also valued).Knowledge of process digitalization and data traceability.Professional proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.·Willingness to travel to production sites, including international projects.Availability to travel 30–40% of the time.
