En Ioon estamos convencidos de que la tecnología será el eje de la transformación de nuestras vidas, ¿te animas a ser parte de esta revolución?Te proponemos esta posición por si te quieres sumar a un nuevo reto profesionalTechnical Lead – Cloud | OpenShift / OpenStack (Telco Cloud)ID Puesto: Sector: TelecomunicacionesBuscamos un/a Technical Lead especializado/a en Telco Cloud para incorporarse como referencia técnica en la operación de plataformas críticas basadas en OpenStack , OpenShift y tecnologías SDN .Será la persona responsable de diagnosticar, aislar y resolver incidencias complejas , actuando como tercer nivel de escalado y garantizando la estabilidad, disponibilidad y rendimiento del entorno Telco Cloud.ResponsabilidadesDiagnosticar y resolver incidencias críticas en entornos Telco Cloud multinivel (infraestructura, red y aplicaciones).Analizar logs, trazas y métricas, realizar Root Cause Analysis (RCA) y proponer acciones correctivas.Coordinarse con equipos de infraestructura, red y desarrollo para la resolución integral de problemas.Monitorizar el estado y la salud del sistema mediante herramientas de observabilidad.Ejecutar validaciones post-incidencia y documentar soluciones en la base de conocimiento.Participar en revisiones técnicas ( Postmortems , Problem Review Boards ) e impulsar mejoras de resiliencia.Automatizar tareas de diagnóstico y recuperación mediante Python , Ansible o Bash .Colaborar en pruebas de carga, estrés, failover y capacidad.Dar soporte a la integración continua de nuevas funciones, componentes y parches en producción.RequisitosExperiencia mínima de 4 años diseñando o gestionando soluciones Telco sobre infraestructura virtualizada (OpenShift / OpenStack).Conocimiento sólido de arquitecturas Telco Cloud, virtualización, contenerización y SDN.Dominio en análisis de incidencias complejas y operación de plataformas críticas.Experiencia en automatización con Python , Ansible o Bash .Valorables:Participación en entornos de alta disponibilidad y resiliencia.Experiencia en metodologías de investigación de problemas (RCA, postmortems).Conocimientos de herramientas de monitorización y observabilidad.Qué ofrecemosIncorporación a un proyecto estratégico en el sector Telco.Entorno tecnológico avanzado basado en OpenShift, OpenStack y SDN.Rol clave de liderazgo técnico y resolución de incidencias de alto impacto.Modalidad : híbrido en Madrid, aprox 50% presencia y 50% teletrabajoProceso ágil:Participación en entrevista telefónica y entrevista onlineContrato indefinidoSueldo bruto / año €40.000- €50.000 Bruto/ año en 12 pagasVentajas Ioon:Formación continua: acceso a plataforma Openwebinars con más de 1.000 cursos on-line y además tu propio presupuesto para formación: €350 (no canjeable, no acumulable).Posibilidad de hacer coaching a compañeros o participar en hackathons donde la marca tiene presencia✈️23 días laborables de vacaciones al año.Programa de Retribución Flexible (cheques restaurante, cheque guardería, tarjeta transporte, seguro médico).Medidas de conciliación (horario flexible, teletrabajo, jornada intensiva los viernes y en verano según proyecto).Estabilidad y carrera profesional.➕ 1️⃣ Plan de compensación de referencias internas.
