Contamos con diferentes iniciativas que ayudan a potenciar nuestro "diversity mindset" , Uniqueness. Requisitos mínimos Certificación oficial como Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, etc.). Confluence / Jira (ALM) u otra herramienta de gestión de proyectos agile. Conocimiento de técnicas para fomentar el desarrollo en equipo, como Pair Programming, Mob Programming, etc. Facilitación de reuniones, tanto propias de los frameworks como planificación de Inceptions, Story Mapping, etc Capacidad de interlocución con áreas de negocio, liderazgo, actitud transparente y conciencia situacional, resolución de conflictos, habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación. Requisitos deseables : Valorable disponer de certificación Agile Coach. Valorable certificaciones oficiales. Experiencia equipos Agiles deslocalizados (near-shore). Experiencia en el desarrollo de software. Valoramos positivamente que tengas otras habilidades : Nivel alto de inglés. Habilidades de sketchnoting. Experiencia con técnicas ágiles : Historias de usuario, TDD, Integración continua, Peer Review, pruebas automatizadas, técnicas ágiles. Conocimiento de otros enfoques agiles : XP, Management 3.0, Lean. Certificado como SAFe Agilist o con conocimientos reales sobre marcos de escalado. #J-18808-Ljbffr
