Capitole sigue creciendo y queremos hacerlo contigo ?Nuestro cliente es una startup en fase pre-seed con un equipo dinámico de aproximadamente 5 personas, centrados en revolucionar el servicio al cliente a través de la IA Generativa y actualmente estamos buscando un AI Engineer - RAG con más de 5 años de experienciapara unirse a nuestro equipo. Si te apasiona la tecnología de vanguardia y quieres formar parte de una empresa en sus primeras etapas, construyendo una plataforma innovadora de agentes de IA, te estamos buscandoEvaluar modelos de IA generativa (OpenAI, Mistral, etc.), algoritmos de embeddings y desarrollar un pipeline RAG eficiente y escalable.Liderar el diseño y arquitectura del backend de nuestra plataforma de IA, asegurando robustez y escalabilidad.Colaborar con un equipo pequeño y ágil para implementar la infraestructura de IA en Microsoft Azure .Garantizar la integración fluida de la plataforma con nuestros agentes de IA para llamadas.Gestionar integraciones de telefonía con Twilio o VoxImplant para optimizar la interacción con clientes.Innovar y mejorar la arquitectura de la plataforma, con un enfoque en escalabilidad y rendimiento.Experiencia demostrada en IA Generativa y desarrollo de RAG, con conocimientos en arquitectura de microservicios y plataformas en la nube ( Azure ).Conocimiento de modelos de IA generativa como OpenAI, Gemini y Mistral .Familiaridad con sistemas RAG como Azure AI Search, LlamaIndex, LangChain y Ragflow .Experiencia con Cosmos DB, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, Azure Functions y Azure API Management.Dominio de Python o C# como lenguajes de programación.Valoramos también:Habilidad para resolver problemas, atención al detalle y capacidad para diseñar soluciones escalables de IA.Mentalidad emprendedora, disfrutando de un entorno colaborativo y ágil de startup.Presupuesto de 1.200€ para formación en certificaciones, libros y eventosTrabajo hibrido y horarios flexibles para equilibrar la vida laboral y personalSeguro de salud privado completamente cubiertoVales de comida, transporte y guarderíaDescuentos en membresías de gimnasio (Andjoy - Gymforless)Descuentos exclusivos para empleados en marcas importantes?
