Our client is a leading Group in the development of industrial infrastructures and the provision of services, and one of the major players in the renewable energy sector in Spain and Latin America. Provide leadership and strategic management for a DATA CENTER PROJECT. Maintain a positive and collaborative relationship with clients, stakeholders and team members to ensure continuous project execution. Regularly communicate project updates, milestones, and key decisions to clients and monitor and report project progress to senior management. Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards. Establish and implement controls to ensure early identification of potential issues, providing effective mitigation plans. Strategically manage claims and disputes within FIDIC-based contractual relationships, or similar, collaborating with legal teams to achieve fair and timely resolutions. Effectively oversee change order management, addressing modifications initiated by the end-user and managing responses from general contractors. Manage project documentation and ensure is updated and accessible. Lead project meetings and facilitate decision-making processes, continuously improving project management processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or related field ~+10 years’ experience in project management. Experience in Data Centre constructions is a plus ~ Strong adaptability and cultural awareness in a multi-cultural work environment. ~ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. ~ Fluent in English is a must. ~ Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget ~
