Buscamos un ESG Manager para liderar los esfuerzos de sostenibilidad e integrar los principios ambientales, sociales y de gobernanza (ESG) en las operaciones de nuestro cliente (importante empresa del sector industrial).
Reportando al CFO, liderarás e impulsarás la integración de los principios ESG en todos los aspectos de las operaciones y procesos de toma de decisiones de la empresa. Esto implica promover la sostenibilidad, asegurar el cumplimiento con las normas ambientales, fomentar la responsabilidad social y mantener sólidas prácticas de gobernanza para mejorar el valor a largo plazo de la empresa y contribuir al desarrollo sostenible.
Responsabilidades:
- Desarrollar e integrar estrategias de ESG en los objetivos comerciales generales de la empresa. Esto implica alinear las iniciativas de ESG con la misión, visión y metas de la empresa para asegurar que contribuyan al crecimiento sostenible.
- Garantizar que la empresa cumpla con las normativas ambientales, sociales y de gobernanza pertinentes, lo cual incluye identificar y evaluar riesgos y oportunidades relacionados con ESG y desarrollar estrategias para gestionarlos eficazmente.
- Interactuar con una amplia gama de interesados, incluidos empleados, clientes, inversores, miembros de la comunidad y organismos reguladores. Esto implica comunicar las iniciativas de ESG de la empresa, escuchar las inquietudes de los interesados e incorporar sus comentarios en las estrategias de ESG.
- Liderar la preparación de informes y divulgaciones de ESG que proporcionen información transparente sobre el desempeño de la empresa en ESG. Esto incluye recopilar datos, analizar métricas de ESG y asegurar que los esfuerzos de sostenibilidad de la empresa se reflejen con precisión en estos informes.
- Supervisar el desempeño de ESG de la empresa en comparación con los objetivos establecidos y los puntos de referencia de la industria. Esto implica identificar áreas de mejora y liderar iniciativas para mejorar el desempeño de ESG de la empresa.
- Concienciar y capacitar a los empleados en todos los niveles de la organización sobre la importancia de los temas de ESG. Esto incluye desarrollar programas de formación e iniciativas para incorporar los principios ESG en la cultura de la empresa.
- Mantenerse informado/a sobre tendencias emergentes, innovaciones y mejores prácticas de ESG, explorando nuevas formas de mejorar los esfuerzos de sostenibilidad de la empresa e implementando mejores prácticas para mejorar el desempeño de ESG.
- Liderar proyectos e iniciativas relacionadas con ESG, coordinando con diversos departamentos y equipos para asegurar una implementación exitosa y alineación con los objetivos generales del negocia.
¿Qué perfil buscamos?(H/M/D)
- Formación: Graduado con título de maestría en Ciencias Ambientales, Sostenibilidad, Responsabilidad Social Corporativa o un campo relaciona
- Conocimientos y experiencia: Conocimiento profundo de ESG, principalmente en los siguientes temas.
