Vendor Master Data role Join to apply for the Vendor Master Data role at ACCA Careers Join the Master Data Team of one of our best clients: a Shared Services Center in Madrid. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of supplier master data across multiple systems, supporting business processes and compliance standards. Client Details SSC located in Madrid. The company operates globally, offering a professional work environment with a focus on excellence and innovation. Responsibilities Manage and maintain vendor master data in the company's systems Ensure the accuracy and completeness of vendor records Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies or issues related to vendor data Support the Accounting & Finance team with vendor-related inquiries and reports Implement and adhere to data governance standards and policies Monitor and improve data quality and integrity Assist in system updates and process improvements for vendor master data management Provide training and support to other team members on vendor data processes Qualifications Previous experience in vendor master data management is a plus, but not mandatory. We also welcome candidates with experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or Administrative roles Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams. Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to challenges.
