Your primary mission is to prepare the opening of the residence, including the management of reservation requests and the organization of initial visits for parents.Oversee the onboarding and training of your teams, as well as establish working relationships with the suppliers you will collaborate with on a daily basis.Lead and supervise the internal and external teams: front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and catering.Ensure the smooth running of all residence operations — from room assignments to emergency handling.Oversee the housekeeping department: weekly cleaning schedules, linen logistics, orders, inventories, etc.Meet commercial objectives by managing information requests and conducting guided tours for prospective students or families.Develop programmes and activities that foster student engagement and community well‑being.Provide outstanding customer service, efficiently resolving residents' needs and concerns.Ensure compliance with all local and national regulations.Optimise expenses, manage invoicing and
