This role is ideal for someone who operates as a Senior Developer (70%) and a Technical Product Owner (30%) — a builder who can gather and understand the requests from stakeholders and transform them into a proof‑of‑concept, later developing it into production‑grade code. The person should think strategically, engage with stakeholders, and drive product direction.ResponsibilitiesGather requirements from multiple stakeholders on a projectLead architectural design and technical direction for high‑impact initiativesGuide multiple engineering teams in the adoption of scalable, maintainable solutionsCollaborate across teams to gather requirements and align on prioritiesPromote engineering excellence through design reviews, mentorship, and best practicesContinuously explore and evaluate new technologies, methodologies, and toolsEnsure that all solutions are robust, secure, and performant in production environmentsChampion a culture of automation, reliability, and continuous improvementRequirementsProgramming Languages: Proficiency in Python is a must.
