Are you passionate about online advertising and digital innovation? We are seeking an Advertisers Support Specialist to provide top-tier service to small and medium businesses using advertising products on a major social media platform (including Facebook and Instagram). As an Operations Customer Expert on the Advertisers Support Team for Meta, you will support businesses using Facebook and Instagram advertising. Your role focuses on assisting advertisers and agencies with post-sales support, technical troubleshooting, and maximizing their use of Metas advertising tools. You will work as part of a multilingual, collaborative support team, helping clients resolve issues and improve campaign performance in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Customer Operations Expert in the Advertisers Support team, you will : Deliver post-sales support via chat, email, and phone to Spanish and English-speaking advertisers. Support clients with their advertising journey by explaining tools, metrics, and strategies. Identify and address common issues across advertisers to improve experience and performance. C2 in Spanish, and confident in English (B2 level or higher). Previous experience in customer support, sales, digital marketing, or a related role is a plus.
