Internship Overview As an HR Intern, you will support the HR team in key operational and administrative tasks, particularly in the areas of recruitment & onboarding, university relations / internship programme management, document management for new hires, and general administrative support across HR functions. This is a hands-on role that offers exposure to a full spectrum of HR operations in a dynamic, growing international environment. Key activities Recruitment & Onboarding Support Coordinate interview logistics (scheduling, candidate communication, assessment support) Support the preparation of onboarding checklists and support data entry, file updates, and HR systems in relation to new joiners Facilitate new-hire orientation and onboarding documentation processes University / Internship Programme Liaison Act as the point of contact with universities, career services, and academic departments for internship programmes Provide administrative assistance to other HR sub‑areas (training, performance management, employee relations) as needed What You Will Gain / What We Offer Practical experience across full-cycle HR operations in an international/renewables company Exposure to projects, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration Compensation: 500 euros gross per month Duration: 3 months, with the possibility to extend to 6 months Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 - 14h Office-based with possibility of hybrid work Reporting line: direct support to HR Managers Requirements Currently enrolled in a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field at University of Seville or Pablo Olavide Full availability during Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Based in Seville Availability to commence during November Strong oral and written English and Spanish skills, Italian is a plus Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks Comfortable working with data, documentation, and HR systems Proactive, resourceful, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional and courteous demeanor Discretion, confidentiality, and high integrity in handling sensitive employee information Basic knowledge of local labour law, contracts, and HR best practices is desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
