En Talent Match estamos colaborando con una compañía tecnológica en plena expansión que busca incorporar un/a Automation Software Engineer para su equipo de desarrollo en Cataluña.La persona seleccionada se encargará de diseñar y desarrollar software para sistemas de automatización industrial (PLC, HMI, SCADA), participando en proyectos de alto impacto con tecnologías como B&R, Siemens o Allen-Bradley. Entre sus funciones estará la implementación de sistemas de control para maquinaria y plantas industriales, así como el desarrollo de documentación técnica como especificaciones, interfaces, pruebas y conceptos operativos. También se responsabilizará de la puesta en marcha de soluciones en planta (FAT y SAT), dará soporte técnico de nivel 3 y colaborará con otros departamentos técnicos, además de participar en la evolución y mejora continua de los productos de automatización.¿Qué ofrecemos?Se ofrece contrato indefinido en un proyecto estable, con fuerte inversión en I+D y una cultura de colaboración. La empresa ofrece plan de carrera técnico, entorno dinámico, herramientas modernas y un salario competitivo según experiencia.Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados:¿Qué necesitas para hacer el match? Buscamos un perfil con formación técnica universitaria en ingeniería eléctrica, de sistemas o similar, y al menos tres años de experiencia en desarrollo de software para sistemas de control industrial. Es imprescindible tener experiencia previa en entornos PLC, HMI o SCADA, siendo muy valorable el dominio de B&R. Se valorarán también conocimientos en lenguajes como C y Python, experiencia con bases de datos y control de versiones con GitLab. Es clave una buena capacidad de adaptación, visión transversal (electromecánica, procesos, etc.), y un nivel de inglés fluido (mínimo B2). El conocimiento de alemán será un plus. Se requiere disponibilidad para realizar viajes puntuales (alrededor del 10%).
