Nos encontramos en constante búsqueda e incorporación de talento, es por eso que seguimos ampliando nuestro equipo incorporando un Application Security Engineer Funciones Del Puesto Definir y gobernar políticas de seguridad en entornos de desarrollo. Establecer estándares de codificación segura e integrar seguridad en Agile, DevOps y DevSecOps. Implementar y administrar herramientas de seguridad (SAST, DAST, SCA, IAST). Automatizar controles y escaneos en pipelines CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps). Realizar revisiones de código, pentests en aplicaciones (web, móviles, APIs) y validación de librerías de terceros. Diseñar gates de seguridad basados en criticidad. Coordinar gestión de vulnerabilidades con equipos de desarrollo y seguridad. Conducir actividades de formación y concienciación en secure coding. Asegurar compliance (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR, NIS) y preparar métricas/reportes. Requisitos 7 años de experiencia en seguridad de aplicaciones (idealmente con background de desarrollo). Conocimientos sólidos en OWASP Top 10, CWE, NIST SSDF. Experiencia en desarrollo seguro (Java, PHP, JS, C#, Python, etc.). Sólida comunicación y capacidad de interacción con desarrolladores, arquitectos y QA. Autonomía, organización y visión estratégica. Inglés alto valorado positivamente.
