As a Senior LLM Scientist, you will Join a world-class team of Quantum and AI experts with an extensive track record in both academia and industry. Work with Fortune-500 customers from government and private sectors. Collaborate with the founding team in a fast-paced startup environment. Tackle high value open problems from industry. Collaborate with quantum experts to design and implement new machine learning models. Required Qualifications PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Computer Science, Data Science and related fields. Strong research background in Generative AI, LLMs and Machine Learning. Strong background and hands-on experience with different LLM technologies, including LLM compression, LLM editing, LLM training and fine-tuning, Synthetic Data generation. Excellent programming skills in Python and experience with relevant libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit, Pandas, etc.) Experience using vLLM, NEMO, DeepSpeed. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, ….) Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas effectively. Ability to work with a diverse team of people, both in-person and through online resources. Perfect command of the English language. Preferred Qualifications Expertise in Quantum-Inspired tensor Network Methods Expertise in reinforcement learning. Expertise in unsupervised machine learning.
