At Roboyo, you’ll join a global team of builders, consultants and engineers that are top practitioners of taking solutions to the next level for clients in pursuit of excellence.We are currently looking for a Lead Intelligent Automation Engineer – UiPath to join our Delivery Team in Barcelona, Spain, with the possibility to offer a hybrid or remote work setup for a great candidate.ResponsibilitiesArchitect scalable, secure, and resilient automation solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center, and related components.Lead and contribute to migration activities for version changes and continuous enhancement of the code.Discover, estimate and deliver Agentic AI solutions leveraging Maestro.Oversee development teams, ensuring best practices, code quality, and adherence to governance models.Be on top of new features released by UiPath and foster the adoption across teams.Continuously explore and apply new UiPath features, connectors, and capabilities to improve solution performance and user experience.Support project planning, effort estimation, and documentation as part of a cross‑functional agile team.Ensure quality, testing, and post‑deployment support to meet client expectations and SLAs, in collaboration with our Delivery team.Must‑have Qualifications & Competencies5+ years of hands‑on UiPath development experience, at least 2 years in a tech lead position.Strong proficiency with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification.Proven ability to design enterprise‑scale automation architectures.Solid experience with AI Center, Action Center and proven expertise in building Agentic AI solutions.Proven experience in designing and delivering multiple RPA solutions with UiPath.Confident in English (written and spoken); Spanish or other languages are a plus.Independent, proactive, and self‑driven – you take initiative and don’t wait to be told what to do.Solid communication skills and the ability to work closely with clients and cross‑functional teams.Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.Ability to manage projects and drive
