You’ll help coordinate the vehicle fleet, manage staff performance, and ensure customer satisfaction, contributing to the overall success of the station.**Key Responsibilities:****1. Operational Management:*** Assist the Station Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.* Help manage the availability, maintenance, and condition of the vehicle fleet.* Support the coordination of vehicle rentals, returns, and cleaning schedules for maximum efficiency.**2. Customer Service:*** Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting staff in handling complaints.* Help train and guide staff to deliver excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.**3. Staff Management:*** Assist the Station Manager in recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating station staff, including rental agents and customer service representatives.* Help schedule shifts and manage staff workload to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operation.**4. Sales and Financial Management:*** Support the Station Manager in monitoring and achieving sales targets, including upselling additional services.* Assist in managing the station’s budget, controlling costs, and ensuring profitability.**5. Fleet Management:*** Help monitor and manage the station’s fleet, ensuring vehicles are properly maintained, clean, and available for rental.* Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing and repairs of vehicles.* Assist in optimizing fleet utilization to meet customer demand and reduce idle time.**6.
