Role Summary The Systems Architect will ensure safe and effective operation of our SAP system and will manage, and monitor changes, manage incidents, compliance to relevant policies.Your Role: Supports the technical implementation of the SAP system landscape as it evolves (i.e.: development, test, quality and production environments) with In-depth knowledge of the SAP technical areas. Designs, implements, monitors and optimizes SAP landscapes and dependent technologies. Monitors and tunes system performance and workload. Manages and performs system refreshes; coordinates the scheduling of refreshes as requested. Identifies needed system corrections/enhancements and recommends changes. Applies advanced system management principles, concepts and techniques. Evaluates and recommends new hardware, software, tools and utilities within the SAP environment. Understands the company’s current and future requirements and develops relevant solutions. Ensures agreed solutions are implemented correctly and on time. Provides subject matter expertise in technical and process discussions. Other duties as assigned. Your Profile: BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 10 years relevant experience. Strong hands-on implementation and support experience working with latest releases for SAP S/4HANA, BW4HANA, HANA and BI, Solution Manager, GTS, GRC, MII, BO, etc. Experience as a SAP Basis consultant or administrator. Strong knowledge of multi system landscape architecture and integration aspects between heterogeneous system technologies (Global focus desired). Experience in SAP BTP and SaaS offerings from SAP (Ariba, IBP, BAS, IrPA, Analytics Cloud, etc.). SAP Netweaver administration and technical core tasks including SAP software installation, upgrade, application of Support Packages, patches and fixes, installation of add-on software components, workload analysis, etc. HANA Administration and Business Suite on HANA administration is a plus. Must have Production Support Experience. Must have implemented and supported SAP S/4HANA with any Enhancement Package level. Must have experience with Fiori and frontend server. Must have exposure to supporting large SAP database implementations. Must have experience with Disaster Recovery, High Availability and Archiving Solutions. Fluent English, Spanish is a plus. Must be able to proactively manage and resolve issues in cooperation with several inhouse teams and multiple 3rd party partners. Must be highly organized and have attention to detail. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks at one time. Has the ability to work in a cross-functional matrix environment. We offer variety of benefits alongside with competitive salary.
