# ; Project Manager – Modalidad Freelance (1 año de proyecto) | Sant Cugat del Vallès # ; Descripción del puesto Estamos buscando un Project Manager Senior para liderar un proyecto de 1 año ubicado en Sant Cugat del Vallès , trabajando en modalidad freelance . La persona seleccionada será responsable de la coordinación de equipos , la negociación de precios , la revisión de documentación técnica relacionada con la gestión y operación de oficinas, y asumirá funciones como responsable de sistemas . Este rol requiere un perfil autónomo, organizado y con excelentes habilidades interpersonales, capaz de trabajar con distintos stakeholders y gestionar diferentes fases del proyecto. Se valorará experiencia en montaje de oficinas o proyectos similares. # ; Responsabilidades Coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares. Negociación de precios con proveedores y servicios externos. Revisión de documentación técnica sobre la gestión de oficinas y procesos operativos. Función como responsable de sistemas , garantizando el correcto funcionamiento de infraestructuras y herramientas. Supervisión de mejoras, adecuaciones o necesidades operativas en oficinas. Seguimiento de plazos, hitos y entregables del proyecto. Interlocución y reporte habitual a dirección y áreas implicadas. Valorable: soporte o supervisión en tareas de montaje de oficinas . # ; Requisitos del perfil Imprescindibles Perfil senior con experiencia demostrada como Project Manager. Inglés imprescindible para comunicaciones internas y externas. Excelentes soft skills (liderazgo, comunicación, negociación, gestión del cambio). No se requieren titulaciones formales. Valorables Experiencia en proyectos de montaje o adecuación de oficinas . Experiencia previa gestionando sistemas o infraestructura técnica. # ; Condiciones del puesto Localización: Sant Cugat del Vallès. Modalidad: Freelance. Tarifa: Abierta. Duración del proyecto: 1 año. Modelo híbrido Horario: Entrada entre 08:00 y 09:00 . Salida entre 17:00 y 18:00 . Incluye 1 hora para comer .
