Join to apply for the Delivery Lead role at The Adecco Group About the role The IT Delivery Lead for the Web Product is responsible for ensuring successful delivery of web-based solutions and platform enhancements. This role combines hands‑on delivery leadership with coordination across engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams—ensuring high‑quality execution aligned with business objectives and the platform strategy. The role partners closely with Product Management and Platform Architecture to deliver value iteratively while maintaining the technical integrity of the Web platform. What you’ll be doing Key Stakeholders/Partners: Product Managers & Product Owners, Web Platform Architects and Technical Leads, Development Teams (Front‑end, Back‑end), QA/Testing, Security, and DevOps/SRE, Digital Marketing & Content Operations, External partners (e.g., Sitecore TAM, hosting/CDN providers). Lead delivery execution for the Web Product, ensuring milestones are met with high quality, performance, and security. Coordinate development, testing, and deployment activities across teams. Act as the primary delivery contact for Web initiatives; manage risks, dependencies, and impediments. Suggest improvements for Agile ceremonies (planning, daily stand‑ups, refinement, reviews, retrospectives) and foster team collaboration. Ensure compliance with platform architecture standards, scalability, maintainability, and governance. Together with Tech lead monitor and manage technical debt; propose mitigation strategies and timelines with Architecture and Product. Champion CI/CD practices, automation, and release management for predictable, low‑risk deployments. Drive continuous improvement using delivery metrics and feedback loops. Collaborate with Security and Compliance to meet internal standards and external regulations (e.g., GDPR). Coordinate with DevOps/SRE on observability, incident response, and performance tuning. Manage vendor/partner contributions and align external deliverables to internal standards. About you Proven experience leading technical delivery teams, preferably in web/digital product environments. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivery frameworks. Technical background in development (.Net, Next.js would be a plus), platforms (Sitecore etc.), or systems integration. Familiarity with platform architecture principles (scalability, security, maintainability). Effective communicator and team motivator. Experience with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) is a plus. Knowledge of web security and compliance (e.g., OWASP Top 10, GDPR) is a plus. Why choose us?
