Our 6,500 team members foster an uncommon, innovative culture and are dedicated to successfully bringing the future to bear today through cognitive answers, insights, algorithms and automation.For more information, please visit solera.com.The RoleWe are looking for a Data Technician that will develop and update our Solera Databases with all necessary information coming from Automotive Manufacturers.What You’ll DoResearch and analyze Manufacturer dataAccurately develop our automotive database with technical information provided by manufacturerTo produce the quantity of data files at the quality agreed periodicallyTo improve the quality of the data files in line with company targetsTo collaborate actively with the Data & Content Creation teamTo provide input for the preparation of production plans and forecastsTo analyze output reports and initiate corrective action.Maintain up to date knowledge of new vehicle releases and new technologiesWhat You’ll BringHigh-Level Technical qualification in automotive technology or Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineeringDetailed knowledge in automotive repairs and processesGood understanding of other kind of vehicles; trucks, motorbikes, agriculture, …At least 1 year in practical experience in automotive industry car repairsFluent Windows and MS Office userProficient user knowledge of Automotive Documentation (Parts, labour catalogues and workshop repair manuals).B1 English skills as a minimum.
