What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities) Provide expert travel recommendations rooted in industry standards and long-standing best practices. Build customized vacation packages for clients across major suppliers like Disney, Universal, all-inclusive resorts, cruises, international destinations, and more. Deliver high-touch customer service through strong communication, follow-through, and relationship-building. Stay current on supplier trainings, promotions, and industry trends to serve clients with excellence. Maintain accurate client records, booking details, and itineraries.
