En este momento, buscamos un / a Líder técnico que actúe como enlace entre los equipos funcionales y de desarrollo. ¿Qué buscamos en ti? Al menos 4 años de experiencia como líder técnico Experiencia imprescindible en gestión de equipos técnicos. Dominio de Java Experiencia previa en sector bancario, valorándose especialmente proyectos relacionados con admisión de productos de activo. Nivel de inglés : B2 / C1 Tareas : Actuar como enlace entre los equipos funcionales y de desarrollo. Traducir requisitos de negocio en soluciones técnicas claras y bien definidas. Asegurar que los entregables cumplan con los estándares de calidad y la arquitectura establecida. Liderar la definición de contratos técnicos, buenas prácticas y patrones de diseño. Garantizar la robustez, mantenibilidad y escalabilidad de las soluciones. Gestionar y coordinar equipos técnicos. Colaborar estrechamente con distintos stakeholders ¿Qué ofrecemos?
