At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a medical products manufacturing company that is looking to incorporate a Logistics & Customer Service Specialist into its team.¿Está considerando presentar su candidatura para este trabajo? You will be a key figure in international logistics management and customer experience, ensuring efficient, timely shipments in compliance with current regulations.You will report directly to the CEO and work cross-functionally with internal teams.ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end management of imports and exports (documentation, customs, regulations, and transportation).Coordination with legal entities to obtain import permits for products.Preparation and review of commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, MSDS, etc.Order management and follow-up.Ongoing communication with clients regarding lead times, documentation, and shipment status.Close collaboration with production, warehouse, and planning teams.Updating data and records in the ERP system.Proposing improvements to logistics and compliance processes.Qualifications5 years of experience in international logistics.Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international regulations.Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Navision, Oracle, or similar).Fluent Spanish and English.Experience in complex international environments.Strong customer orientation, organization, and attention to detail.Problem-solving, proactive profile, accustomed to working under pressure.Degree in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or similar.BenefitsA stable project within a growing company.A key role within the Supply Chain department.A dynamic and technical environment with professional growth opportunities.On-site working schedule.#J-18808-Ljbffr
