What You’ll Do Schedule & Coordinate : Create and oversee production schedules, coordinating the flow of work and materials to meet deadlines. Plan and maintain optimal inventory levels : Monitor availability and inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent shortages or excesses. Material Requirement Planning : Coordinate with the Procurement Team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components. Resource Allocation : Plan that the right equipment, materials and staff are available and allocated correctly for production. Monitoring Production : Coordinate and oversee with the Production Team the execution of the production schedule to ensure deadlines are met; track production progress. Problem Solving : Identify and resolve production disruptions, bottlenecks and other issues that could impact output. Coordination with other departments : Collaborate with Production to ensure smooth workflow; work closely with logistics to ensure timely delivery of finished goods to customers. Reporting and Documentation : Report production performance and any variances from the schedule; prepare and maintain an organized record of product information, orders and transactions. Process Improvement : Analyze production processes and find ways to improve efficiency, reduce waste and increase productivity. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Production Management or a related field. Proven experience (4‑8 years) in Production Planning. Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems (MS Dynamics preferred). English as the working language; other languages highly valued.
