About the role As a Node.Js Backend Developer , you will contribute to achieving the highest quality and reliability for Wame's software. You will be part of a Squad, working in an agile environment that will take care of the evolution from the current ecosystem of solutions to a platform able to lead a sector, with a clear milestone of quality, performance, and reliability. We combine strategic viewpoints in engineering with continuous improvements and updates in a platform that wants to lead the sector. Our tactical executions are always small and trustable, improving the global system step by step in only one direction, never going back. About you You have solid experience developing robust and scalable APIs and services with Node.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB. You possess deep experience in microservices and modular architectures. You are proficient in using NestJS and Jest. You are able to work in a varied environment, handling the entire software development life cycle, end-to-end. You are capable of analyzing a problem and defining a clear action plan to tackle it. You hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Telecommunications, or have 5+ years of equivalent experience in an engineering role.
