At Revlon , a leading multinational cosmetics company, we are seeking a Finished Goods (FG) Supply Manager to oversee the end-to-end finished-goods supply chain.This role is responsible for managing inventory, production schedules, and logistics to ensure customer demand is met while optimizing costs and service levels.The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities, thereby contributing to a resilient and efficient supply chain.Key Accountabilities:1. Supply Chain Management & Inventory ControlDevelop and implement finished goods supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and business objectivesMonitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess inventory , maintaining optimal safety stockManage production schedules and coordinate with manufacturing and co-packing partners to ensure timely product availabilityIdentify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions2. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional CollaborationLead and develop the Finished Goods Supply Planning team , fostering a culture of continuous improvementCollaborate closely with Demand Planning, Production, Logistics, and Sales teams to align supply strategies with market needsActively participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, providing insights and recommendations3. Performance Monitoring & ReportingTrack and analyze key KPIs, including service levels, inventory turns, and supply plan adherenceDrive corrective actions to improve efficiency, service levels, and customer satisfactionPrepare and present regular reports to senior management on supply chain performance and risks4. Systems & Process ImprovementUtilize ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis, OMP) to manage supply chain operationsLead process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance responsiveness and accuracyEnsure data integrity and accuracy across supply chain systemsSupervisionManage up to 3 direct reportsEducation & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field8+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in finished goods planning or operationsProven leadership experience , managing teams and cross-functional initiativesStrong knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management, and production planningProficiency with ERP systems (SAP) and advanced Excel skillsProficient in Spanish and English .Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsPreferred Skills:Experience in FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or related industriesFamiliarity with Lean, Six Sigma , or other continuous improvement methodologiesAbility to perform effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environmentsStrong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
