About the Role We are seeking an experienced MEP Cost Estimator to join our global building design and engineering team. This role is critical in accurately forecasting and analyzing costs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems across complex, large-scale projects. You will work closely with design managers, engineers, and technical consultants to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or performance. Use CostX and other BIM-based tools for measurement and quantity take-offs. Maintain and update cost databases, track pricing trends, and assist with value engineering . Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate cost data clearly. Review drawings using AutoCAD and Bluebeam to measure and interpret HVAC layouts (e.g., Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field. Proficiency in CostX , AutoCAD , and Bluebeam . Experience with large-scale or multi-phase projects.
