Structural Project Engineer III

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating and performing the structural and foundation design of trackers, acting as an internal consultant to solve project challenges, and providing technical support and training to clients and EPCs. You will also review team calculations and documentation in collaboration with other company departments. Key Job Responsibilities: Coordinate required technical design efforts around a project including tracker structure and foundation design Perform tracker structure and foundation design activities Be an in-house consultant to analyze and provide solutions to different challenges that could appear in the projects. Support development and evaluation of tools and software applications used by the Applications Engineering Group Review calculations done by other members of the team. Review project documentation done by the team. Provide technical advice to clients. Provide customer pre-sales or post-sales engineering support on-site Train EPCs on best deployment practices/methodologies and fastest install techniques Coordinate with other departments of the company. Qualifications: Civil, mechanical or industrial Engineering. Advanced spoken and written English. High competence in the following professional software: CIVIL 3D, TRICALC, CYPE (Metal 3D), ANSYS-CIVILFEM, CONSTELL, AutoCad, Office (Visual Basic). Preferred qualifications: Experience in the structural calculation area or the design of solar trackers. Structural Dynamics.
