Each product marketer is the CMO of their product domain and focused on four pillars:Defining and executing product positioning, messaging, and launchesEnabling and supporting the go-to-market and marketing teamsInforming product strategyDriving product adoption and successLocation: Munich, Madrid, or London officesThe Role We’re looking for someone who loves products and wants to spend time thinking about, talking about, and working on positioning them. In this role, you’ll be owning our process mining & process modelling positioning and messaging, reporting to the Director of Product Marketing for Platform. You will partner with our product leads and lead our product positioning and go-to-market strategy for solutions at the heart of Celonis’ value proposition.You’ll work hand in hand with our product teams, our go-to-market teams – think sales and presales – and our marketing team.The work you’ll do Product Positioning: Develop scalable messaging that differentiates our product, craft compelling assets (decks, demos, keynotes), and serve as the expert on how it showcases the Celonis platform.Market Mastery: Utilizing market research and competitive intelligence to define and execute effective go-to-market strategies.Inform Product Strategy: Partnering with product management to strategize and launch new products, understanding buyer behaviors to inform product direction.Product Adoption and Success: Driving pipeline growth through campaigns, developing engaging content, and establishing thought leadership in the industry.Qualifications 6+ years of experience working in software product management, presales, consulting or product marketingExperience with process mining tools and/or process modelling solutionsTrack record of successfully launching data-focused products.Excited about technical concepts and speaking with CXOs across IT and business audiences about their requirementsExperience presenting at conferences and customer engagementsHighly logical and analytical, with an enthusiasm for connecting dots between ideasProactive, with strong ownership of all the workstreams you touchAgile and team-oriented, ability to give and receive feedback, change tack, and collaborate with a team to achieve a goalA bias towards action and delivering measurable results with a consistent track record of successful projectsWhat Celonis Can Offer You Pioneer Innovation: Work with the leading, award-winning process mining technology, shaping the future of business.Accelerate Your Growth: Benefit from clear career paths, internal mobility, a dedicated learning program, and mentorship opportunities.Receive Exceptional Benefits: Including generous PTO, hybrid working options, company equity (RSUs), comprehensive benefits, extensive parental leave, dedicated volunteer days, and much more.
