Overview The Iberia Tax Manager will be part of the Finance Iberia team and member of the Global Tax Community supporting the organization in tax compliance and as well as tax advisory business support. Iberia region comprises Spain and Portugal, countries that have seen a significant growth in business combined with the increase in complexity which proofs the need for a dedicated resource. The successful candidate will be a coalified tax specialist with several years' experience as a specialist tax advisor or member of tax team in a multinational environment. Responsibilities The candidate will manage Spain and coordinate Portugal on the following aspects Management of tax team Manage the relationship with external advisors Ensure timely and appropriate support to business on tax aspects (VAT, permanent establishment, WHH ……………etc) Preparation of corporate tax calculations and accounting Ensure timely preparation of tax provisions under IFRS and local GAAP Liaison with the Group Tax and Group Consolidations teams. Supervision of periodic tax obligations (VAT, IRPF, non resident…. etc). SII management and coordination. Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations for tax related accounts Ensuring
