About UsMondrian & Hyde IbizaJoin us for a unique opportunity to showcase two one-of-a-kind lifestyle hotel brands coming to the idyllic Cala Llonga beach in IbizaMondrian Ibiza is a sleek wonderland with 154 guest rooms and highly designed public spaces, including an expansive terrace with bay views.Hyde Ibiza is a festival-inspired food lovers paradise and showcase for music and nightlife, featuring 401 rooms with natural textures and artisan touches.Together the properties will have 7 restaurant and bar outlets, ranging from premium sushi and an ocean-to-table Balearic fare, all of them highly programmed.The hotels are operated by Ennismore, the fastest growing lifestyle hospitality company, in collaboration with Grupo Azul Mar Cala Llonga owned by Apollo.Job DescriptionWhat you’ll do…Assist the reception desk with guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.Provide personalised services to guests, responding promptly to questions and requests.Collaborate with the Guest Experience team to organise and coordinate activities and special events for guests.Help supervise and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the property.Address guest complaints or issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.Help manage guest feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.Help coordinate cleaning schedules and staff shifts.Participate in training sessions and meetings to develop knowledge of hotel operations.Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.Enter cases into Nubola and resolution.QualificationsWhat we are looking for:EU Nationality is required.Fluent English and Spanish.
