His work involves providing support to engineers and PMs in the development of technical documentation, data entry into PLM and ERP, and launch of material purchases for the project. Role Summary/Purpose Support to ManagementPurchasing and ERP&PLM (Internal tool with materials and BOM (Bill of materials) for Operations department Essential Responsibilities Support Project managers in the management of purchases related to projects and follow-up - Management of erp/SAP tools.Operations management support, backlog reportingSupport and management of engineering documentation through PLM platform management for manufacturing/data traceability in project management.Collaboration in the tasks of engineering documentation in projects.Coordination between the different departments of a production plant and the client. Support to engineers on Materials management on SAP & PLM (ERP and PLM) Qualifications/Requirements Administrative, Secretary, training in business administration or equivalent.Knowledge on Office and Advanced ExcelFull time in presence work at the Bilbao office is requiredIf contracted in Spain: Non-national candidates are responsible to know the minimum documentation requirements to be able to be contracted in country: NIE- Social Security Affiliation Number in Spain (NAF) and Bank Account in Spain.
