IT & IS Specialist Managing critical infrastructure in a fast‐growing scale‐up, the IT & IS Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the resilience, security, and performance of our digital and operational systems. IT Operations & MSP Management Work closely with the managed service provider to progress tickets, issues, and projects effectively. Serve as the escalation point for complex or recurring IT issues. Maintain oversight of service performance, contracts, and SLAs to ensure value for money. Conduct IT onboarding for new joiners, including access approvals, equipment coordination, and system readiness. Act as secondary support for helpdesk queries requiring escalation or business context. Ensure a smooth, consistent IT experience for users. Enroll employees into the Usecure security awareness training platform. Coordinate IT setup for new sites, including network installations and local readiness. Support new entity integrations by working with local users, identifying data for migration, and overseeing IT onboarding. Act as the local IT contact for Spanish‐speaking users, including occasional on‐site visits. Microsoft 365 & Core Systems Support integrations between Microsoft 365 and key business systems (HRIS, ERP and third‐party tools). Lead Microsoft 365 tenant consolidation during entity integrations, working with internal stakeholders and external partners. Cyber Security, Risk & Compliance Maintain and evolve information security policies. CIS Microsoft 365 Foundations). Lead third‐party cybersecurity assessments and maintain records for reporting. Technically savvy with a strong understanding of IT operations, information security principles, and business systems. Fluent in Spanish and English. Familiar with Service Level Management, contract evaluation, and reporting. Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements is a plus. Experience with ERP, HRIS, Power BI is a plus. Highly organised, structured, with strong planning skills. Open‐minded, flexible, and willing to take on tasks outside the IT domain.
