We are seeking a proactive Junior Legal Counsel to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will support various legal functions. In the Ibero American Legal division, we are looking for a person who can help us in the following activities: Document Drafting : Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts, policies and memos. Document Review : Organize and review legal documents, ensuring they are properly cataloged and accessible. Provide administrative assistance, such as filing, appointment scheduling, and maintaining organized legal documents. Legal Research and Analysis : Conduct in-depth legal research on relevant statutes, case law, and regulations. Support Senior Legal Counsels in managing legal matters and projects. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide legal guidance and support. Participate in compliance initiatives and training programs. Support in budget and expenses. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a legal team. Able to use excel, power point and word. Degree in Law or double degree in law and ADE ~1-3 years of experience in a legal environment, preferable in a corporate law Native Spanish and fluent in English We're offering an international working environment and close collaboration with legal colleagues in 8 markets in Ibero America, and with colleagues from the Group and other Divisions. You will work on internal compliance, legal procedures, corporate contracts and other legal documents. You will learn to work alongside experienced attorneys and legal professionals, conduct legal research, draft internal compliance and understand complex legal documents.
