You enjoy working in an agile way in networked and interdisciplinary teams with a global scope.As a working student (m/f/d) in Germany you are allowed to work up to 20 hours/week and you need to be enrolled at an university.Your tasks Support and monitor progress as well as challenge the strategic direction of core strategic programs as enablers for the long-term development of a more resilient, innovative, digital and scalable organization Track progress using key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare regular updates and reports for leadership, and ensure the sustainable implementation of project results Analyze and support the team to facilitate change management processes and proactively identify and address potential risks to ensure the smooth execution of projects Work in a complex environment across different business units, country organizations and business supporting functions Develop executive presentations and decision papers and have an impact in the strategic development of Kardex' long-term strategic development Your profile Enrolled at an university in engineering or business administration, or equivalent First experience in strategy consulting or project-based work, experience in large transformation programs (digital, processes, data) is a plus Good mind-set and understanding in setting strategic directions for long-term initiatives and steering initiatives Outstanding analytical competence, strategic thinking and implementation skills Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Office 365 Excellent communication skills on all hierarchy levels and stakeholder expectation management, while being fluent in English We offer: Long-term prospects:  Opportunities to start in a fast-growing, international company with exciting development opportunities and interesting and varied tasks in a future-oriented environment  Valuable support: Great team spirit, elaborate onboarding and a wide range of training opportunities in our own academy at the Bellheim site  Tangible added value : Flexible working hours, weekly up to 20 hours Ready to join?
