You take accurate orders and provide recommendations on dishes, wines, and special menus. You serve food and beverages according to resort standards of quality and presentation. You coordinate with kitchen and other departments to guarantee smooth service. You maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and work areas. You handle special requests and resolve issues promptly and empathetically. You promote upselling opportunities to enhance the guest experience. You stay informed about resort promotions, seasonal offers, and local attractions to assist guests proactively. Qualifications You bring a natural ease in communication, making guests feel valued and understood from the very first interaction. You bring previous experience in hospitality or fine dining along the way. You enjoy being part of a team and thrive in a collaborative environment where everyone works toward the same goal.
