Overview Autodesk is looking for an Implementation Consultant (PDM) who will work directly with customers to design customized and configured solutions for product data management systems. You will understand customers’ needs related to revision control, item master approach, and BOM structure, and define and implement an approach that uses Autodesk PDM and CAD authoring products. Responsibilities Collaborate with customers and colleagues in all phases of PDM projects (from business development, analysis, design to implementation). Implement solutions for global customers in the Design & Manufacturing space using Autodesk applications. Produce written documentation of solutions and implementation activities. Build trusted partnerships with clients and colleagues. Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of experience with activities and tools related to document and information flow in the Design & Manufacturing industry. In-depth working knowledge of PDM (Autodesk Vault or similar). Knowledge of company and industry best practices and their rationale. Ability to effectively communicate in a multinational ecosystem. Excellent English and one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish) or another local language is a plus. Occasional travel required. Preferred Qualifications Experience with tools and practices for analyzing purpose and scope of a product, process, or project regarding cost and benefits. Understanding and work with CAD authoring tools. Exposure to or experience with the Building Product Manufacturer industry. Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain challenges and processes (BOM, ERP). Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
